As a Quality Assurance Engineer at Tata Toyo Radiators Limited, I am responsible for ensuring the quality of engine cooling system components for the automobile and auto components industry. I have successfully handled a team of 40+ people in a shift, conducted process and product audits, prepared quality plans, and coordinated customer audit preparations. I have also done layout inspection for new product development (NPD) parts and created failure prevention report (FPR) to reduce internal rejection and parts per million (PPM).I have over 6+ years of experience in quality assurance and quality control, working with leading companies such as Mahindra Vehicle Manufactures Limited and Bajaj Auto Ltd. I have gained skills in quality documentation, production part approval process (PPAP), pre-delivery inspection (PDI), team management, 7QC tools, statistical process control (SPC), measurement system analysis (MSA), SAP, Power BI, Excel, and SQL. I am pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Institution of Engineers of India, expected to graduate in September 2023.
