In camps and performance among colleges , SUO plays a vital role.Being a SUO is not a rank but a responsiblility to guide his UO(Training) and UO(Administration) from time to time and get report from them and revert back to ANO for proper functioning.Only parting the training to cadets is not only motive the SUO must possess, but to carry out the best in a cadet in his tenure to develop leadership skills and Officer Like Qualities.Now in this obviously there will be a ANO(Associate NCC officer),whose prime job is to conduct lecture of that dayTo be a Cadet Senior Under Officer, the major quality is to take the responsibility.
