-Planned & executed the "Good Morning Spice " program intended to engage retailers on the spice money platform and scaled up program from 500 retailers to 50k retailers.-Created GTM strategy for Good morning spice program based on market research on 10k retailers and design offers/ schemes for various product under the Program to increase retailers engagement , resulting in overall 15% growth of retailers on 3+ products .-collaborated with product team in designing an offers console for automation and Implemented a pop -up screen to engage retailers more on platform result in overall 20% increase in scanning-launched POC " win banking and financial services in a block" based on primary and secondary research conducted in Haridwar"s 10 villages with the help of sales team and find pain points of retailers-Lead a team of 5 people and conducted marketing activities like branding of spice money in 10 villages which result in brand recognition and an overall 10% increase in retailers business-Other Responsibilities- worked with the CMS team in partner engagement and created lead for new partners .
