• Preparing and Dispatching Finalize invoices to end clients for their orders.• Uploading and Sending invoices to clients.• Ensuring that the Payment is received and follow up is done on aging invoices.• Extracting bank statement and Posting Payments against due invoices and ensuring the efficient reconciliation of payments.• Prepared monthly reports on team utilization and other necessary reporting.• Collecting and collating the data for all incoming payments and keep a record of them.• To create and manage the technical framework and ensure high quality service delivery to our clients.• Interact with clients and customers on a regular basis to answer questions and resolve concerns.• Manages the relationship with clients working closely with Client Managers in addition to working extremely closely with Supply Chain, Reconciliation and Technical team.• Assist and provide required information to support both internal and external auditors.

• Inputting of domestic and foreign payments received in our system as per SLA.• Authorization of Outward Remittances as per authority matrix.• Verification of payments through SWIFT Messages.• Verification of Payments using several tools like IBAN, SWIFT code, IBAN checker, IBAN Decoder and Banker’s.• Monitor and Identification of Fraud Payments using several tools.• Adherence to quality and accuracy to ensure processes are followed and KPIs achieved in order to release client payments successfully.• Dealing with Risk, Compliance, and Legal issues relating to different jurisdictions of the Group• Updating MIS and PMS as well as Workflow Tracker in our system
