Assistant Project Engineer
Current• Communicate with internal Engineering managers to determine open positions.• Identify various sources and portals, shortlisting quality resumes for open positions.• Build quality resumes and engage with candidates through interview calls.• Scrutinize resumes and interact with candidates to understand capabilities, strengths, and limitations.• Recruit for both contract and permanent positions.• Recruit new employees at all levels, including receiving requisitions, searching databanks, shortlisting resumes, conducting interviews, and making final selections.• Conduct HR interviews, facilitate technical interviews with managers, and support candidates throughout the interview process.• Organize and conduct recruitment drives within the organization.• Issue offer letters to selected candidates and ensure timely closure of positions.• Coordinate with various training teams and schedule training sessions.• Shortlist candidates for entry-level, mid-level, and senior-level positions.• Work on both internal and external requirements, utilizing RPO modules.• Create a network to improve the database through candidate references.• Utilize job portals such as Naukri, Monster and Indeed.
