Planning and Billing of 45 MW Solar Project under GSEL in Gujarat India.

Roles and Responsibilities: -• Preparation Subcontractors running bills and ensuring payments.• Handling overall cost booking at site project and reporting to management.• Estimated Direct and Indirect Cost for the complete project in view of successful completion of project considering the stringent timeline of RECPDCL/ JKPDCL• Having experience in EIP 4.0 (Software tool for Billing).• Preparation and Submission of final Retention Bills.• Preparation and Submission of Full & Final Bills of Subcontractors/ vendors• Having experience of preparation of various progress monitoring formats, Job Cost Reports, Power Point Presentations such as Progress Review, Financial Travel Plan, Resource Planning & Invoicing Targets for Client / L&T Management review.• Responsible for Client Invoice certification and GST Invoice preparation in L&T’s Enterprise InformationPortal.• Preparation of Letter of Intent / Letter of Allotment and Issuance of Work orders for various agencies/Sub-contractors.• Approval of GTP, Inspection Call & Dispatch Clearance for Vendor.• Prepared various Material Reconciliation statement to ensure minimum wastage/scrap of material.• Having experience of handling of Internal & External Audit compliances.• Preparation and regular updation of various documents controlling index and correspondence record in excel to maintain records and effective delay analysis.• Co-ordination between 3 Project Monitoring Agencies (RECPDCL, Tata Power DDL & Voyants).• Having experience in Project Closure Activities such as Scrap Sale, Store & Office Closure.• Obtained Non-Objection Certificate for the project from PVVNL to prevent additional penalties.
