I have been in software development industry for about 5+ years now. From childhood itself I really enjoyed problem solving, and later started playing with computers starting with logical puzzles to eventually developing softwares as grew older.I currently work as a Full Stack Developer at Innovasea, helping solve problems in aquaculture industry. From the very beginning of my career I have tried to be adaptable in terms of learning, and working with various new technologies. I started my career working in basic JS, NodeJS and MongoDB with Html using a template engine, then got hands on with initial versions of Angular, later worked on React to develop cross platform applications using Cordova, then over the years worked on Python, and recently been working on recent versions of Angular, Spring Boot, Kafka streams, paired with AWS services, and many more Different roles throughout my career allowed me to work on applications, that were built for mobile and web platforms, made for users living in different geographies, where it had to be tailored according to a device, platform, or a geography. I feel lucky that working on some of the roles also allowed me work on some DevOps side of things as well, where I had to manage hosting instances, setting up workflows, manage various deployments, and more.I did Master's in Applied Computer Science from Dalhousie University, during which I worked on projects in Artificial Intelligence, and Data Science, which allowed me to secure role also as a Data Analyst, with Department of Fisheries and Oceans, Canada on a research project to better understand the effects of climate change on North Atlantic ocean, around Nova Scotia.I have worked with various teams working in different parts of the work, and in an agile development environment, while also communicating with clients, and understanding their needs, and then developing a software solution for them, which also helped me to hone my verbal, and written communication skills. I consider my strong communications skills, ability to quickly learn and adapt to different technologies, and be able to deliver results as my key skills, which can help to add great value to a team.
