During my co-op experience, I served as a Continuous Improvement Process Engineer. Played a key role in the Trailer Utilization Project during my co-op experience, achieving significant improvements in freight charges and warehouse space utilization. Successfully delivered benefits to more than 500 orders from various customers, realizing an average enhancement of 20-35%. Implemented strategic solutions and conducted a thorough analysis of logistics processes to optimize trailer utilization. The project not only contributed to substantial cost savings but also resulted in improved operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.As part of the project, I developed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and comprehensive documentation based on my learnings. These materials serve as a foundation for establishing a standard track for future projects, ensuring the sustainability of the improvements achieved.Under the guidance of the maintenance team, I took charge of organizing and managing the inventory for massive machine assemblies. This involved updating inventory lists and ensuring traceability for all team members. Newly set up the scanning devices and made it a standard part of the process along with Barcode label generation.I had the opportunity to enhance my skills by learning and proficiently using the Manager Plus software, a valuable tool for streamlining the inventory management process.

It was a great experience working with a pharmaceutical machinery manufacturing firm.AEL (p) LTD. is engaged in manufacturing and exporting various Laboratory Equipment, Pharmaceutical Machinery, and associated Accessories.My job responsibilities included designing and modifying solid models, sheet metal components and their development drawings, and building assemblies, and modifying them according to the requirements of different departments within the organization as well as according to the need of clients. I redesigned critical assemblies for a machine named HIGH SHEAR GRANULATOR 1-6 and attended client meetings to understand their needs and to suggest possible solutions. I was working in Designing software like Solid Edge and AutoCAD. As a Designer I was responsible for Designing 3D models, validating and drafting with ISO and ANSI standards, and maintaining design data and Revision history. During this professional journey, I designed, Optimized and modified several components and assemblies to be compatible and feasible for the Inventory, Manufacturing, Assembly, and QC Departments.

My internship activities include familiarization to all the departments, their operationsand process, Management along with Designing and Manufacturing overview involved inthe production process of the organization.
