CurrentKey Deliverables: Stock Placement • Manage stock distribution at pan India level for CSD/ INST / CSC / INCS to optimize the stock outs.• Ensuring Delivery of stocks to Canteen on time to achieve sales targets.• Managing stocks at various Regional w/h and ensure that no stocks are allowed to age beyond 6 months. • Coordination with other departments for new product introduction.• Continuously improving trucking operations for domestic movement. MIS • Maintain daily sales report/stock report/transit lead time report/backup report/SKU wise report/ primary and secondary region wise report.• Maintain vendor claims.• CSD/INCS/CSC Payment & Outstanding activity.• Marital code / Vander code creating in MDO software. • Rolling Forecast updating in SAP system.• CBE Coordination in third week of Month.• Team alignment on change in Product update/MRP/Packaging /Case pack. Billing• Worked with CSD/ institutional /Common Service Center channel /INCS to resolve problems improve operations and provide exceptional customer service & primary billing at pan India.• Coordinate with CSP team in any business issue.• CSD PRC/PNC/CPS/Introduction.• CSP's Payment and Damages Approval. Achievement• Improved Line fill rate and Case fill rate from 74% to 96%.• Best Team Super Star Award 2018-19 & 2019-20.
