 JOB RESPONSIBILITY :• Perform general Office duties such as Creation of Purchase Order, Receiving of Material at Factory, Creation of Invoice and Payment to Vendors.• Creation of Masters in ERP System such as Vendor, Customer, Items • Reporting of Daily MIS of Stock, Creditors and Debtors.• Maintain Day to Day Accounts in ERP System.• Data Mapping and Reconciliation• Implementation and Configuration of Applications, Testing, End-User Training and Supporting for Oracle Financials R12.1.3 Purchasing Module, Accounts Payable Module, Inventory Module

• Scrutiny of Debtors, Creditors & Expenses.• Scrutiny of Unsecured Loans & Addition To Fixed Assets.• Cash and Bank balance Verification and Bank Reconciliation statement.• Verification of Calculation of service tax & Credit Available.• Finalization Of Accounts.
