 To assist in Design Coordination with all consultants, ensuring that consultant’s design following Owner’s conceptual ideas and established polices for final products  Review design progress with Consultant regularly, to ensure that Consultant’s design is adhering to the Scope of Work of Consultant’s Agreement with the Owner  To assist in Issuance of Design Directives  To assist in provision of design direction and support during all project phases To perform Design review from concept to detail design phase of architectural, interior, retail and (to some extend) landscape design etc To assist in Design reviews meetings and design review workshops with Consultant To assist in establishment of Owner’s system and team for design review To assist in compiling comments from managers and other stake holders Consolidate review comments Advise on Architectural and Engineering Consultant Reviews and selection

* Oversee design progress against schedule.* Coordinate and monitor status of design incentive/disincentive programs complying with provisions of design subcontract.* Facilitate resolving design issues with owner.* Assist designer on special research and technical projects.* Manage entirely materials and data to help establish and maintain effective communication and information systems within unit.* Provide assistance in sample boards and shop boards preparation for presentation and release to shops.
