Your expertise in chemistry, machinery operation, and project management will contribute to the company's overall success and drive its mission of providing life-saving medicines to patients worldwide.Responsibilities:Heavy Machinery Operation:Operate and maintain heavy machinery, including but not limited to reactors, centrifuges, filtration systems, and distillation units.Monitor machinery performance, identify issues, and perform routine maintenance to ensure smooth operations.Adhere to safety protocols and procedures while operating and maintaining machinery.Quality Control and Analysis:Conduct regular quality checks and analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and final products to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.Perform analytical tests, such as pH, viscosity, density, and titrations, to ensure product quality and consistency.Document and report test results accurately, maintaining meticulous records.Project Planning for ETP Plant:Develop and manage project plans for the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and company policies.Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, environmental experts, and contractors, to execute the ETP project effectively.Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Compliance and Safety:Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
