Attend Breakdown Calls and Troubleshooting, identify and replace spare parts as necessary like LM Guide, BallScrew, Axes Bearings, Turret Assembly, Hydro-motor, Hydraulic Cylinder seal 3). Spares Support from Head office to the end user customer.4). Coordinate with the tender team and provide technical support and available for support in installation activity as firm requirements.5). Approaching the customer to initiate ASC for their machine to overcome Breakdown, high productivity and regular Preventive Maintenance.6). Co-ordinate with the Marketing team for pre-Sale and Post-sale and also generate inquiry whenever possible.It's not only the job to solve the problem at Site but also to identify the cause and to rectify future breakdown at the same time.
