I have been working in the construction field since 2014 and I have achieved many years of experience in roads, bridges, etc. My greater achievement was working with China Guangzhou-Sharma JV in which I was working as a field engineer with the project budgets of Nrs 3 Billion and completed within time. In this project I got many things to learn which increase my capabilities of team work, management, cost control, quality control, etc.At the same time I got another project to handle as a field engineer with project budgets of around Nrs 1.5 Billion with Sharma and Company Pvt ltd . In which I got more responsibility for drainage and sewerage system within the city of BHAIRAHAWA . Finally both the projects had completed within time and I got another project with Sharma and Company. The projects I have worked on with Sharma and Company are RUDP, DUDBC, POSTAL HIGHWAY. I had also worked with Raman-om-sugam JV for a short period of time in which I played the role of survey, Design,estimation and management of the project. Currently I am working with a small project in order to increase my capacity and complete the whole project as a project manager.
