• Work with Design Engineers, consultants, contractors, architects & sales to create extensive conceptual drawings to initiate a higher level of design dialogue for various project/ Glazing system.• Review architectural drawings and Design Rubber Extrusions & mold tooling for molded corners to be used with rubber extrusions based on the requirement of the project/Glazing system.• Work with local contractors and fabricators to develop extrusion designs based on their shop drawing.• Collaborate with Tremco's manufacturing department to create an optimal design that is easy to extrude and works in the customer's application. • Prepare quotes/pricing for the designed rubber extrusions for projects using Tremco Quoting System and SAP program.• Use Auto-desk Inventor to create working models of recommended gaskets for customers and 3D print them for visual and fit purposes. • Create drawings based on existing physical samples and re-design the product for a restoration job. • Create and update drawings on Meridian (Data Management Software).• Review pricing for the designed rubber extrusions and compare once the final product is made.

• Assisted in manufacturing, assembling, maintaining and repairing mechanical components according to required specifications.• Provided support in the machine shop tool crib as required.• Provided support with government projects given to Seneca College.• Maintained and checked all the machines in the shop are functional.
