Prepare reports on the same for implementation and closeout.◆Identifying area of bottleneck and recommending scheme for process modification.◆Experience in Fluorination, Chlorination, Ammonolysis, High pressure reactions during campaign. ◆Knowledge of handling Kilo lab & Pilot Plant equipment’s like Autoclave, Reactors, Column (Packed), ANFD, High Pressure Dosing Pump & Glass assembly set-up etc.◆Installation & Pre-Commissioning plant activities like Hydrotest, Pneumatic test, GLRSpark Test, MRT of pumps, Instrument calibration, Agitator RPM, Air blowing etc.•Involved as a key member in plant startup.◆Co-ordinate with other dept. (QC, R&D, Instrument, Project, Store, Maintenance,Instrumentation, Electrical) for smooth running of the plant activities.◆Reaction monitoring, layer separations, Distillations, Filtration and Drying.◆Followed 5s (Sort, Set, Shine, Standardize and Sustain) system.◆Handling Heating Cooling system like CLM, Julabo, Hot water tank etc.

◆Basic Engineering Package Preparation, BEP Contains Material and Energy Balance, BFD Preparation for deciding Batch size, Norms, Drive List, Suitable MOC Selection, BCT calculations for processes of various projects.◆ Development and Revision of PFD and P&IDs, Plant Layout.◆ Equipment & Instrument process data sheet preparation (Reactors, Heat Exchanger, Pump, Storage tank, Level measurement devices, Flowmeter, Safety valve).◆Documentation for Safety review like HAZOP studies, PSSR and preparing reports for the same for implementation & close out.◆Identifying area of bottleneck and recommending scheme for process modification.◆Complete Pre-commissioning and start-up activities like check listing, Cleaning andCalibration.◆Co-operation with R&D for better process understanding and planning.Close Monitoring of process in shifts during initial batches.◆Troubleshooting operations during Scale-up and commissioning batches.◆Process development and yield improvement suggestions to productionteam ◆Campaign report (Tech Transfer Report) preparation to share withcustomer as well as future campaign reference.
