I currently look after the critical business functions of the hospital, with a focus on new business development for our products and services. I also drive process improvement across various technical and non-technical teams by adopting best practices and integrating technology. I had successfully planned and implemented the transition of our hospital from the COVID era back to regular operations in the year 2021, which led to the change of my role. I also represent the hospital's interests and manage key relationships across stakeholders like enterprises, government bodies, doctor communities and regulators.
