Handled Cash Management Services solutions as a Product Sales Manager in Transaction Banking for a large portfolio that included Multi National Corporates as well as New age companies such as early stage startups, FinTechs' etc. Consulted with clients to provide a host of solutions on both payments and collections ranging from APIs, Host-to-host facilities to customized integrations.

Solutioned both Trade Finance and Cash Management Services for a healthy portfolio of clients that included MNCs, Large Corporates etc. Interacted with clients on a daily basis to understand their working capital requirements and accordingly suggested facility utilization or setup of new facilities both fund based & non fund based. Also, provided need-based solutions to clients for their payments and collections to automate processes and improve the efficiency.

Worked at NABARD HO, Mumbai and was part of a team to setup a new subsidiary under NABARD that will be implementing some of the schemes announced by the PMO with respect to Farmer Producer Organisations (FPOs) and Women Self Help Groups (SHGs). This experience though smaller in tenure, helped in understanding the basic tenets required to start an organisation and also understand the several steps involved in it. As part of the consulting team, we provided them with solutions on the Technical and Financial aspects. This also involved understanding the policies and accordingly help design systems and processes within the company.

Member of the Brokerage Products team in the Wealth Management Division under the offices of the CFO. This role involved analysis of brokerage flows and revenue through the development and generation of various reports at different frequencies. In addition to this, I looked at the Headcount and Expense analysis for the team whilst contributing significantly in the process of Annual Budget and Mid Year Forecast. I always looked out for new opportunities to take up and this allowed to be involved in the Product control team wherein we looked at the variances in revenue reporting in a top-down model and understood the reasons for the variances, plugged in the necessary adjustments.
