• Daily, Weekly & Monthly reconciliation between Client, Admin and Prime broker data.• Research on pending cash, position, OTE and trade discrepancy for products like Equity, Bonds, MBS, CFD and futures.• Daily follow up with external sources including clients and brokers for faster resolution• Keeping an track of missing Corporate actions for different portfolios by updating/booking/querying• Co-ordinating with multiple teams department to get Geneva data and Prime broker data on rec, setting up Security ID’s as per BBG in Geneva• Working on testing environment for testing of new functionality.

• Working in financial services as analyst on commodity derivativessettlement dealing with Over the Counter (OTC) Trades products like Power, Gas,Metals and Oil products• Price locking of the particular product (Oil; Metal; Power & Gas) on particular business days and create the invoices and send it to the counterparty.• For the netted voucher of 1 Counter Party if additional trade is booked, verifying the details and capturing it in existing voucher• Sending settlement details to Counter Party for agreement 1 day before value date to confirm the value date, payment instructions, settlement amount and quantity• If Mismatch with Counter Party settlement details checking in paper confirmation and co-ordinating with trader to get it settle on value date• Once received agreement by Counter Party processing the payment on value date• Updating the payment instructions and valid contact details of the counterparty in ourSystem• Inform the Treasury dept. of the daily movement of cash received or paid• Monitoring Fails payment if not received after the value date• Monitoring Trial Balance activity on daily basis

My role was to handle the reservation counter and solving all the passenger query related to reservation such as date and time of travel , adding and cancellation booking on day to day basis.Check - in procedure in terminal assisting passenger through boarding gate making announcement for boarding flight. Asisting MAAS passenger.I was also responsible for Ramp side aircraft activity.Handling Baggage Make up area,dispatching baggage trolley from BMA to respected flight.Responsible for all the activity happening on flight when it is on ground,when aircraft is on ground deboarding the passenger make sure that the bags are properly reached in the arrivals. Flight is properly clean and the cattering is been loaded in aircraft.Departure crew and captain have reported on flight on time co-ordinating with boarding gate to release the coaches of passenger for the concern flight and departure bags are reported to flight on time. Confirming all the passenger are on board and releasing the flight on time.by following all Standard Operating Procedure.Handling query of passenger at arrivals related to baggage misplaced etc and solving the issue by co-ordinating on the concerned station.
