I am responsible for looking after the business development efforts by leading a team of 5 associates. I have outstanding accomplishments in implementing robust measures and expanding business opportunities through excellence in the field of sales & marketing. Improvements were introduced in the operational processes and cost control measures were implemented for plugging in the loopholes. I have been instrumental in streamlining workflows, motivated teams for exceeding the targets and delivering unexpected and have contributed towards building a strong client base. I have demonstrated abilities in improving the sales figures by planning and launching innovative promotional campaigns and sales promotional activities and exceeded sales targets.

I had distinguished efforts in controlling costs, optimizing profitability and implementing aggressive initiatives for boosting sales growth.
