The project involves system testing of Volkswagen ID4, ID5, ID6 electric vehicles. The tools involved in testing are ODIS, ECUtest, MGB grabber, Controldesk, Canoe, OBSstudio. The testing includes ADAS level 2, Functional safety, Infotainment, Failure insertion unit, Body control module. Was deputed to VW headquarters in Wolfsburg germany for training. Worked on Novacarts and Dspace bench

Deputed to client location Dana India technical center.The project involves SWE.5 testing of the Dana TE30 5SP, TE14 3SP, TE14 4SP, TE10 3SP electric transmission for the ISO 26262 safety Functions provided in the test specifications, SGD, SCP, OC , Diagnostics faults on the speed sensors and solenoid clutch valves.The 2nd project involves SWE.6 qualification testing of motor control unit for Motor coil temperature, Motor speed control, Ignition cycle State machine, Traction derating featuresElectric powertrain, Functional Safety, Dspace, Python, CAN, UDS, Synect, Siemens Polarion, SWE.6 Qualification testing

The VIL and VITAL project involves Level 5 testing of the ADAS features on HIL and on Static Vehicle

In the first project I was involved in Automated traceability matrix implementation using the Xlrd , Xlwt module in python and integration of it with the TRW framework.In the 2nd project , I was involved in the testing of the gateway module functionalities where we are checking CAN - Flexray, Flexray - CAN, LIN - CAN, CAN - LIN, FLexray - LIN and vice versa communication. As a technical leader I was guiding and helping the team to understand the CAN LIN and Flexray protocol and helping them in writing the testcases in Automationdesk and with the executions while commicating the status of the activities to customer

The 1st project deputed to lear corporation of India which involves system testing of the Ford C1MCA features like Sunroof, Anti theft, Central locking, Doors, Anti braking system, Airbag.The 2nd project deputed to onshore location at JLR Coventry, Gaydon, UK.It involved system testing of the HVAC features like blower, Ac vents, In car temperature sensor, Fuel burning heater, HVAC infotainment functions where I was responsible for the midsize Dspace Hil-Setup, configuring the controldesk , writing the test scripts and report analysis
