Job Responsibilities:  Managing the flow of petty cash by recording all monetary transactions. Process bank deposits, monitor all account payable and receivable, reconcile financial statements Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments Coordinate with management and recommend improvement in quality of accounting and provide operational support. Preparing daily Cash Flow  Making payments & Vouchers for local and overseas  Purchase requisition posting through P/O and A/P Preparing purchase requisition for petty cash and reimbursing it every month Participated in annual audits Hand on experience using SAGE software Maintain physical and digital financial records Issuing receipts to customers  Handling both A/P & A/R  Making payments using EFT’s / Online Transfer Managing(BRS) Bank Reconciliation and closing Books of Accounts Every Month Making Debtors & Creditors list and making Dr & Cr adjustments>Making credit Note & Debit Note and doing reallocation in accounts A/p & A/R> Advanced use of SAGE Software
