As a Sourcing Recruiter at Amazon, I am responsible for finding and engaging top talent for the Japan, EMEA and NA using various sourcing strategies and tools. I work with hiring managers and business partners to understand the hiring needs and deliver qualified candidates for various roles. I also collaborate with the global sourcing team to share best practices and market insights.I am currently pursuing a Professional Certificate Programme in HR Management and Analytics from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, where I am learning the latest trends and techniques in HR data analysis, talent management, and employee engagement. I have a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from New Horizon College of Engineering, which gives me a solid foundation in financial and business acumen. I have also acquired skills in IT sourcing, strategic sourcing, and talent acquisition through my previous roles at Amazon and other companies.My goal is to leverage my skills and experience to contribute to the success and growth of Amazon and its customers.
