 Handled Online Inspection and Pre Dispatch Inspection as well, as per quality parameters given by Clients. Edit Drawing of the profiles on the inspection report for their quality checking by using AutoCAD. To visit customers for complaints, queries & specification of new product. First sample checking as well testing. Ensured Quality of Sections which go through the Anodizing Process. Ensured Quality of Sections which go through the Powder Coating Process. Make online inspection reports on MS-Excel of the section for their Dimension and Hardness.. Responsible for Executing CAPA if there is any rejection at customer end.
