ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Admission targets to be ensured along with post sales service. Responsible for complete office administration including asset management and finances. Responsible for calling to generate leads & admission conversion. Units allocation with conversion ratio analysis with each individual. To should have their own defined territory and respective target along with weekly plan. To create time table for supporting his team members on field at least 3 days in a week and 3 days’ concentrate on own territory. To ensure all policies regarding process, discipline, planning is adhered to. To ensure self and team CUIMS entries. To ensure the development of analytical skills with regard to competition and own business strategy. To keep regular check on marketing collaterals with team. He has to keep track of inventory and raise demand for every team member, at least 10 days in advance. To recommend/discommend any team member based on monthly individual performance. Responsible for field training of new employees. To provide school list month wise for each team member. To be proactive in planning and supervision. Competitor analysis on every parameter of business strategy and market presence. Random calls to be done to check authenticity of visits by thank you calls and feedback calls. To ensure about the role of admission counsellor & to check all the task allocated to her. To ensure daily CUIMS entries are done. To ensure data is sent twice a week and no backlog is left behind.
