Senior Data Engineer
● Leading a team of 10 developers for Market Risk Feeds - Program managing end-to-end SDLC Management● Technical Lead - Collaborating with the clients, management, technical teams including change management and stakeholders to define project requirements, defining deadlines and setting up milestones for the team, performing feasibility analysis, identifying performance bottlenecks and risks to the delivery and creating and implementing mitigation plans; Capacity planning; Presenting updates in daily scrum meetings, conducting review meetings and sprint prioritisation & retrospective meetings● Technical Business Analyst - engaging with Change Management and stakeholders on understanding, gathering and analysing requirements to find the most appropriate technical solutions; Preparing of Implementation Specification Document (ISD)● Multiple Stakeholder Management - Continuously interacting with service providers, maintenance of Development, SIT and Production Environment, L1, L2 and L3 support teams as well as different client stakeholders such as Front Office IT Teams, Change Management, Release Management, QA, IRB, ARB, UAT Managers, PM – to ensure 99% First Pass Yield much ahead of delivery timeline● Subject Matter Expert - Study, churn and analyse the data flowing from FO IT in order to maintain the stability and reusability of the current processes, working towards resolving the issues including the FO data and Process gaps● Deliverables and Hands-on - Analyzing the source data and requirement, identifying the apt solution to approach the problem statement with the help of ETL Process, Oracle SQL and PL/SQL● Support Tasks - Supporting the release activities involving into Production deployments, checkouts, issue handling and obtaining confirmations on closure of the items; Supporting QA and UAT teams for test design, procuring approvals and sign offs on the changes; Helping Production Support to maintain the SLA timings on the issues raised in production
