In my current role as a ServiceNow Developer, I work on configuring and customizing the platform to meet business requirements, focusing on the ITSM and ITOM modules. I am responsible for developing Business Rules, Client Scripts, and server-side scripts to automate workflows and enhance system functionality. On a daily basis, I work with JavaScript and Glide APIs to develop and maintain scripts, ensuring seamless performance. I also specialize in Service Mapping, Discovery, and CMDB management, alongside integrating ServiceNow with external systems like SCCM and SGIntune.My role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver customized solutions that drive operational efficiency. I regularly optimize system performance by refining scripts and ensuring data accuracy across the platform.
