Media.net is a global advertising organization. I lead product development efforts for multiple products in the programmatic AdTech space. Some of the products are Digital Ads Market place, Ad Quality System, Prebid Server, Brand Safety System, and Audience Platform, Our digital Ads Marketplace is an omnichannel product and can serve any digital ad format. It currently serves 100-120 billion ad requests from multibillion users every day. We make around 600-800 billion outbound HTTP requests in real-time. As of now, we are present in 7 locations across the globe with a rapidly growing volume.On the other side, we make sure to take care of the brand value of our customers and run millions of rules in sub-millisecond time for each response. We also analyze every ad passed through our system to give a better user experience.

Build video ad exchange from scratch that start with minimal volume to 5+ billions ad request daily and almost 15 outgoing calls per ad request. All that was in real time.I was taking care of all the revenue generating engineering. I am responsible for the new age mobile video exchange, which handles billions of adrequest daily and serve them in real-time collecting responses from multiple advertisers. I also look after desktop and other online products.I am leading the engineering solution for the programmatic deliveries at Vdopia. In this role, I am responsible for the design and architecture, discussion with various stack holders, defining product and engineering priorities. I am leading a team of developers building a video ad-exchange. I am responsible for engineering and technology for Vdopia’s biggest launch and also responsible for people and process management. I played instrumental role in architecting the system capable of taking billions of request daily. Each request here has many outbound calls present.In this role, I need to work with different publishers and advertisers as well on a daily basis. I am constantly working directly with CTO and CEO as this is the most impactful product for company roadmap.Currently, I am working on high volume with accuracy and focused towards growth and higher efficiency for ads platform. A complete distributed system with rest of conversion formats.Performance and quality of conversion: Derived performance efforts at Slideshare. This project reduced Slideshare median conversion time from more than 1 minute to less than 2 seconds.Reuploads and privacy level:Slideshare is the only site, which let you edit and reupload your files keeping URLs and other analytics intact. I architected and developed infrastructure for reuploads and privacy level changes for slideshows.Skynet project:This project was to monitor, analyze, scale, and maintain a system in the Cloud. I was part of the design team. This let us get data for millions of event every day and make decision based on that.Spam control:Currently working on addressing spam at Slideshare. In last few months, many systems are already in place and we are still building and testing some of other measures to control spam.

I was a member of Call Processing team in Noida Centre of Alcatel-Lucent India. We are developing a NGN wireless soft switch. I was a member of Call Processing team and responsible for all Supplementary Services and Lawful interception along with other development activities.

I worked as a member of Print Group at Adobe Systems India Pvt. Ltd. My work involved developing printing solutions for PS based commercial printers(CPSI). I worked on various modules like PDF to PS conversion, PS RIP, Normalizer etc.Developed various features for different OEM customers. Different work on every area of Adobe print solutions.Developed an intelligent image processing tool for Adobe's new generation PDF print engine APPE (Adobe PDF Print Engine). This tool has reduced 98% effort of QA team. Used openCV and libtiff libraries.Mentor an intern came for academic internship for 3 months.Worked on Adobe Normalizer, an API which allows developers to quickly and easily convert EPS and PS files to PDF.64 Bit porting: Done with 64 bit porting of Normalizer.I was a part of the team that shipped CPSI 3018.101 and 3019.101.

Alcatel Development India was my first Job just after completing my Engineering from one of India's Premier institute MNNIT. I Had ownership of many modules in a short tenure like SPM, supplementary services, Performance Pegs. I developed various features for product and solved many problems in on-site and off-site UMTS soft switches. Also responsible for Call Processing related on-site problem report, issues in System testing and Integration Testing and Load and Stress testing.
