• Manages the operational activities and challenges of allocated teams and ensure resources match workloads to provide cost effective, high quality service within agreed SLAs and keep strong eye on KPI.
• Establish mechanisms to ensure enhancement in the overall productivity, volume and competence levels of the team through strategic interventions.
• Create, mentor and lead an effective team of Operations Managers
• To maintain effective long-term relationships with key members of the Client & all relevant stakeholders RFP:I expertise to assess end to end F&A delivery challenges. Have an extra edge of providing value proposition.
