Working in the DAP plant of Indian Farmers Fertiliser Cooperative Limited's Paradeep Unit as Manager (Production).Primarily involved in production of phosphatic fertiliser at IFFCO's Paradeep Unit.Working with a team of dedicated professionals to manufacture 4 grades of complex fertiliser viz (18:46:00), (20:20:0:13), (10:26:26), (12:32:16).Primary objective is to optimise the use of resources to improve nutrient efficiency, reduce downtime and produce best quality fertilizers in accordance with FCO norms.Having knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 50001 and ISO 45001 documentation practices and also well averse with indentor module of ERP.Avid quizzer and I have represented my organisation at several corporate business quizzes at national and regional level.Finished runner up at the 2nd national business leadership corporate cup quiz organised by National HRD network, New Delhi.
