- Built a highly-scalable data platform from scratch as part of the data science & engineering team for one of the fastest growing Ed-Tech startups in India. The platform powers the entire analytics layer used by ~800 schools (~250,000 students) across the country.- Incorporated algorithms to derive insights across various SQL and non-SQL data sources, primarily in the areas of clickstream analytics, personalisation and curriculum development.- Engineered a Spring Boot API layer to expose sub-second computation results from the data platform, which is consumed by multiple applications.Key technology areas: Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, Apache Superset, Spring Boot, Apache Drill, AWS, SQL, Java, Python, Apache Airflow

- Worked as part of the Oracle HGBU Data Science and Machine Learning team to develop the OPERA AI (Artificial Intelligence) technical architecture and pipeline.- Created products in the spheres of recommendation engines and optimization algorithms- Facilitated the final stage of the OPERA Xchange Interface (OXI) project, which involved working on deployment scripts, automated environment setup as well as well as various enhancements at the Java and SQL layers.Key technology areas: ML algorithms, Python, Data science, Neural networks, Optimization algorithms, JMS, WLST, WebLogic deployments, PLSQL, Oracle RDBMS.

- Actively involved with the OPERA Property Management System’s Integrations Team, eventually becoming the point of contact for all exchange interfaces.- Implemented messaging solutions using Java Messaging Service (synchronous and asynchronous) for OPERA V5 and OPERA Cloud which involved interfacing / integration with internal as well as external systems, notably, Project Opera Xchange Interface (OXI).- Extrapolated knowledge gained on messaging technologies to work on offline implementation and auto-synchronization of cloud systems.- Applied rapid development practices to generate proofs of concepts at various stages in the project cycle.
