I lead a team to create success. I actively pursue opportunities that enable expansion into new and growing markets, and I am committed to assessing and mitigating risk. I serve as a strategic business partner to my peers in leasing, finance, and legal, and also serve as a subject matter expert on credit and risk assessment. In an earlier role with Equity International, a private equity firm that invests in real estate outside of the United States, I managed $600M in investments across 5 companies with holdings in South America. I also partnered with a Brazilian real estate company to expand its reach into the United States and gain traction with American investors.
