Started my journey in Online dept. of Spencer's Retail as a Hub Operations Executive. Here,I learnt about the entire order journey from first to last mile hands-on experience along with managing shifts and doing A-Z in an online operations hub. Then I got transferred to the Head Office and handled many different aspects starting from adding and checking product contents like description, benefits, features,etc to checking and correcting images, product names, brand names & quantity across all the categories available in our online catalogue. My next project was on SEO where I researched Search Keywords and Search Synonyms, learnt about our Search engine architecture and system. It is elastic search. I mentored my teammates to add the necessary & related terms to the products and also developed synonyms for search terms which drastically improved the business's search to sales conversion rate. For this, I got the Star Employee of the Month award in February, 2023. While doing all these, I have also looked after MIS and provided the business with any data and report it needed.Aside from my experience, I am open for new learning opportunities to grow myself along with the organization I will be a part of to draw tangible outcomes.
