• Engineered a web application to generate call reports for Indian intelligence bureau. Implemented the project in a two-week sprint to get telecom license approval enabling roll out of the business services in the same.
• Implemented use of open source VoIP technology, routing approximately intra office 50,000 calls per month through Sify’s own broadband network. This became a POC for Sify to offer MPLS services to other network.
• Developed a thin client application to access virtual Windows XP systems hosted on VMware. Collaborated with database and application support teams for data, and system design. Enlisted business users to develop test.
