After graduating from ACCET, I joined Titan as a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) in 2018. My initial role was in the Watches R&D department, where I was responsible for the design and development of new products for OEM operations and INH watches. Over 3.5 years, I gained extensive experience and knowledge in mechanical stack-up design, GD&T, DFM&A, watch mechanisms, manufacturing, and project management.I was selected for Titan's flagship Young Leaders Program (YLP), a prestigious leadership development initiative for young executives. During my first stint in the YLP, I worked in the Jewellery Outsourcing Function. Here, I established Kanban systems within the vendor network for fast-moving designs and led the digital transformation of the supply chain. This role enhanced my expertise in lean concepts, TOC, Python automation, Kanban systems, and vendor management.In my second YLP stint, I was part of Taneria, where I focused on optimizing the costing and pricing model of sarees to increase profitability. Following the successful completion of my YLP, I am now working as a Deputy Category Manager, overseeing 14 stores across the West region (Mumbai, Gujarat, and Madhya Pradesh). In this role, I have supported the business by conducting Go-To-Market (GTM) studies for the expansion of new stores, performing price benchmarking of competitors to develop competitive products, driving market expansion, and working on the digitalization of the supply chain
