• Over 4 years of experience in Procurement of CAPEX ,IT Hardware & Services , Dairy industry Machinery, Spares parts, Repair & Maintenance work, Lab Chemicals, Consumables, Lab Equipment’s, POS Materials, Service level Agreements.• Processing of Requisition Indents from every department. Ensuring smooth co-ordination with indenting departments and corresponding with Suppliers on scope of supply and specifications• Material Planning, Physical Inspection of received material, Preparation of goods receipt note, Maintaining Minimum & Maximum Level of Critical & Fast Moving Items.• Maintaining All Procurement Documents as per SOP.• Coordination with the accounts department for any discrepancy in invoices and payment release of vendors • New Vendor Development, Price Negotiation with vendors, Issuing of Purchase Order, Material Delivery Follow-up with vendors.• Vendor Performance evaluation & report for any Price Variance to top Management

• Managing the distributors located in 3 districts (Nagpur, Chandrapur and Amravati) along with the dealers located in 11 areas.• Achieving of the quarterly, half yearly and yearly targets.• Developing new dealers and distributors, product knowledge, contract terms, price negotiation, payment terms, etc.• Helping the distributors and dealers to achieve their targets fixed by the company.• Helping distributors in secondary sales for smooth flow of the goods.• Timely clearing of the bills due to the company.• Updating the channel partners about the schemes launched by the company.• Marketing of the products newly launched by the company through dealer meets.• Organising meets, venue selection and arranging all the necessary things to effectively and efficiently carryout the event within the budget assigned by the company.
