• Responsible for concept development and detailed design of robotic arm for different applications• Apply engineering drawing principles, GD&T, limits, fits, tolerance analysis to prepare part and assembly drawings in Autodesk Inventor in accordance with International standards (DIN, ISO, ANSI)• Apply engineering principles to perform mechanical design calculations: fatigue analysis, bolted and welded connections, shafting, press-fit connections, bearing selection and material selection• Perform stress analysis and dynamic simulation of the robotic arm to optimize the design and analyze the dynamic behavior using stress analysis/dynamic simulation module in Inventor• Selection of electromechanical components such as linear actuators, motors, sensors, camera in accordance with functional requirements• Generate, manage and release Bill of Materials (BOM), change request (ECR/ECN), engineering drawings and design documents using Autodesk Vault Professional (PDM)• Use 3D printing for prototyping, conduct hands-on testing and inspection of manufactured parts/assemblies• Create design checklists, guideline documents, installation, and operation manuals using MS office tools• Provide technical support for various departments such as sales, procurement, production, automation, assembly, and installation• Ensure quality management system is followed as per ISO 9001:2008

 Responsible for applying the knowledge of plant operations to ensure cost-effective completion of steel pipe production Liaise with various departments to ensure materials and resources are available on time, and track delivery to production Identify areas in the input where time and resources should be applied to achieve ground time reductions and develop standardization of checks Develop and implement risk mitigation plans Produce and distribute clear and concise, verbal and written reports on the status of the pipe manufacturing process and the readiness of the work pack for delivery to production. Report the daily progress of the check during the input and compile a report at the completion of each check to be presented at a post check review meeting Supervise the activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area is carried out in an efficient manner and in compliance with the set policies ,processes and procedures

Design and development of hydraulic loading and unloading systems on trucks and trailers for the commercial vehicle industry for on and off road application. Provide design support at all stages of the design process. Research and develop ideas for new products and production systems Technical interaction with Customer for requirement gathering, concept reviews, resolving design issues, product release and marketability Develop a new cost effective concept of articulated hook loader from existing sliding-articulated hook loader as per Customer requirements by keeping an eye on competitors design Improve the design, performance and efficiency of existing products Responsible for cylinder selection & cylinder design calculations including capacity, application and mounting positions as per ISO 23.100.20 standard Responsible for power requirement and oil flow rate calculations Responsible for base weld design, thread design and seal selection Responsible for design of sheet metal parts associated with mounting of hydraulic cylinder assembly  Use Autodesk Inventor to create simulation of mechanisms Modify design and drawings based on Customer requirements and standards Create BOM, ECR/ECN, process control cards and material database Support the sales team by creating technical manuals and spec sheets using MS Office tools like MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint Maintain the database of CAD models, drawings and associated documents using PDM tools Support in project documentation as per ISO 9001:2008 Compile, crosscheck and deliver all the tasks on time
