- Operates in a Brand Ambassador capacity, representing Tundra Technical Solutions at every opportunity.- Uses all available tools and creative techniques to identify and source potential candidates for existing and prospective client requirements.- Builds long-term and trusting business relationships with placed and proactive candidates for future placements.- Generates leads and opportunities through building relationships and engaging with candidates.- Acts as primary liaison to management for key initiatives/strategies and proactively informs them on significant changes to and/or performance against strategies for the accounts/market segments and channels for which I am responsible- Analyzes role requirements to determine the appropriate knowledge, skills, and capabilities required, using defined tools to assess the fit of potential candidates in databases and through external networks- Interviews and assesses candidates to determine their overall fit for our clients
