As part of my job i have been involved in various roles including:-Liaison with client’s management and communication of relevant matters to persons at appropriate levels of responsibility-Evaluation of client’s internal audit, risk management and compliance function to perform risk assessments, gaps analysis and identification of controls weaknesses for various different sectors / industries and make recommendation thereon to improve operational and financial efficiency.-Conducted an IA survey carrying out industry wide analysis and presenting the same via presentations and reports.-Conduct risk management and compliance with applicable laws and regulations and prepared policy and procedure manuals.-Conducted various financial & implementation audits and micro assessments for various government public entities and united nation.-Led a team of over 7 to 9 staff to successfully deliver assignments at multiple clients.-Developing project reports and presentations in relation to the aforementioned assignments for delivering and presenting the same to the Board & Management Committees.-Coach and a counselors to junior staff.-Developing technical and financial proposal and on-boarding new clients
