• Credit Appraisal of Retail Assets Loan(Secured & unsecured loans) applications within definedguidelines and accordingly take decision or recommend for approval to higher authorities.• Under writing cases with desired level of quality and enabling achievement of Branch Businesstarget by proper training. • To evaluate proposals of customers for the assigned product. Interact with Customers & understandthe business and regularly monitor delinquencies / infants. • Decision making within defined TAT This position of Credit Manager will be responsible for doing the due diligence in terms of ensuring adherence to processes involved in credit buying, take appropriate credit decisions, to be aware on the general trends and updates on various industries so as to support appropriate decision making, among others.

*CREDIT AND COMPLIANCE*• To establish and monitor policies and procedures that will help the company to meet its’ target and risk management goals.• Ensure all transactions have full and proper documentation• Ensure credit protection is fully understood and utilized• Explore if there are any further possibilities of exploiting credit protection• To provide support, education and training to team to build risk awareness• Keep policies and procedures current, and communicate them to team and to other concern department.* OPERATIONS LIAISON *• Prepare and Track daily, weekly and monthly business reports; fund demand report• Coordinating with H.O management and preparing the monthly targets• Identify, Develop and Assist for proposal of branch issues• Provide training to new joiner (Operations)
