Project and Program Management

• Working with stakeholders and Product Owners to analyze all requirements and ensure that they are testable and meets business requirements.• To conduct walkthrough sessions with BA to understand BRD document and conduct another session to give reverse walkthrough of BR/TR (Business requirement/Test Requirement) document.• Responsible for guiding the development team.• Analyzed the business understood region specific industry needs and enhanced product vision to meet such needs and grow business.

> Driving engineering subcontracting performance, competitiveness and standardization within projects in close relationship with sourcing.> Leading & Planning specific workload committee for India with all the other Engineering centre of the company.> Driving the workload dashboard including workload situation, capacity planned, hours spend, hours planned month by month closely links with finance pictures.> Consolidating site engineering workload and animate local contributors.

• Develop functional specifications and system design specifications for client engagements.• Proven experience in identifying opportunities for business improvement, and defining and measuring the success of those initiatives in the internet domain.• Experience in analyzing data and creating reports with strong Excel, statistical, quantitative modeling, and forecasting skills in the internet domain• Aid in decision making by analyzing data and providing actionable insights and recommendations for the policy and quality operations management team

• Working on the development methodologies with emphasis on functional satisfaction, requirement gathering & definition, change control, testing, analysis and all other technical aspects.• Key resource from IT in a CRM project called “Share of Wallet (SOW)”.• Good knowledge of insurance business and SDLC life cycle with the responsibility to ensure the methodology delivered, work's progress and documentation. • Interact with the business partners, vendors, analysts and project managers. Renews the requirements and translate them in functional satisfaction. • Act as a liaison between the business resources and IT with the sound knowledge of the insurance business and Websphere portal.• Perform design gap analysis and Operating Effectiveness assessment client Information Systems and business cycle control environment.• Experience in preparing business requirements, working with use cases, business process modeling or data modeling, or preparing use-case or sequence diagrams.
