• Handling the project (NGN BASED ILD NETWORK) of IDEA ILD & NLD (Noida 63).• Provisioning and troubleshooting of NGN applications on Soft Switch.• Provisioning, Commissioning, Set up, operation and maintenance of the switch / routers / media gateways• Provisioning of Veraz Media Gateways (iGate-4000 EDGE, iGate-4000 PRO).• Provisioning of ISUP, SS7,CCS7,SIP and PRI Trunk groups in EMS for transition of calls – ISUP to ISUP, ISUP to SIP and vice-versa.• XMS operation to perform the Configuration of signaling and channel configuration in Media Gateway, manage all Media gateways network, Expansion and up-gradation of NGN based NLD and ILD.• Operating the Soft switch (Veraz’s control switch) to Configurations of Trunk Groups Routing, CIC assignments, Codec configurations and troubleshooting.• Monitoring the carriers ASR and ACD .• Analysis of whole traffic, creation of new Trunk Groups, Add new routing plans & policies in Veraz soft switch as per requirement.• Coordination with field team for connection of E1 over it and create signaling for for appropriate E1s.• Rectification of Faults of TGS and MGWS .• Responsible for Setting up POI with all other National and International operators and coordination and implementation for ILD requirements.• Generation of performance reports.• Monitoring the CS Elements to avoid any outage due to any fluctuation.• Responsible for MNP testing with all the Operators as a major Resource.

• Database creation for POI conduction of AT (both with BSNL and non- BSNL PoIs) and subsequent traffic commencement.• Monitoring the Network Performance through Traffic management Report and taking corrective action to improve ASR and CCR.• Responsible for the Surveillance of Telecom Network to plan & implement E1/PCM distribution, Generation & analysis of Traffic reports, routing management.• Generation and analysis of Daily performance reports through Macros and analysis ( ASR, Trunk Utilization) to outline the areas of improvement and taking timely corrective actions.• New Interconnection: Acting as a SPOC for interconnection and Testing (L4/L3) with new POIs. Creation of various NUCs and signaling links for various POI’s.• Inventory management: Spare management of EWSD spares making sure minimum required spares available.• Operation and Maintenance of EWSD Switch & NGN Huawei & NGN Siemens.• Real-time Troubleshooting of voice complaints and number complaints.• Training: Mentoring and training of fresh engineer in improving their technical skills and soft skills.• Interaction with Transmission department in case of E1 link failure and with provisioning team for provisioning of new E1s.
