Here's a quick summation of my responsibilities:-Liaising with the clients right from the requirement gathering phases to successfully launching the products, and conducting regular status calls-Work with clients to elicit requirements and assist in documenting the requirements properly; assist the team in making project resources -Actively engage in planning, monitoring, and budgeting exercises for projects-Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project processes completion -Helping the team with understanding the requirements from client-shared RFPs/similar documents and assisting in estimating the timelines using effort estimation techniques & defining the scope for the project-Defining primary stakeholders for the project, their influence & interest level, communication plans for each stakeholder, and enlisting clear escalation paths.-Drafting project charters/kickoff templates to keep clients and internal team aligned about the project's goals and scope-Assisting in planning the milestones for the project by using work breakdown structure (WBS), be part of quality planning meetings & providing inputs on quality standards to be maintained throughout the project lifecycle-Identifying risks and planning to mitigate them using techniques such as fishbone diagram, etc.-Setting up milestones and tasks & using project management software such as JIRA, Asana to keep track of project progress and assign tasks to resources-Ushering team through daily tasks and checking if there are any roadblocks & circumvent be those if any, be part of daily stand-ups to ensure tasks are being completed on time-Conducting retrospectives with the project team to cheer wins for the completed phase and areas of improvement-Before finishing a project, ensure all deliverables are covered by the team and client approval is there on them. Writing close-out reports and sending them to stakeholders to apprise them about the impact of the endeavor
