Key Account Executive
Current*Ensure the documentation required for outbound shipment is provided.*Full responsibility for international shipments movement, and customs requirements.*Handling customer's accounts and assist with Inquiries and complaints, or assigns tasks to other functions if required.*Update and maintain the Customs related references.*Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.*Collaborates closely with Operations, Sales, and other departments for smooth handling of shipments with continuous updates*Manage and design report templates according to the instructed guidelines.*Analyze processes and identify potential areas of improvement.*Keep track of supply growth by collecting, analyzing and translating data from various stations.*Serve as front-line troubleshooters in anticipating and identifying potential problems and acting quickly to resolve them.
