At the core of every business are a bunch of human beings running the show. Providing the best working experience to my colleagues and clients is key to my working style. Over the course of my over 9 year career, I have realised how much I enjoy interacting with people on a daily basis at/for work and have developed a strong communication style. I tend to focus on the smallest details because more often than not, they hold the key to converting a no/maybe to a yes! Understanding my product as well as my client's current and future requirements is something I excel at. Managing clients and watching our business association grow through my efforts and inputs brings me immense joy. I enjoy dealing with problems thrown at me and look to tackle them with creative and out of the box ideas. I use data to validate my decisions and I enjoy breaking down a problem into its different facets and solving my way up to the larger one at hand. I believe in learning for life and I really appreciate dealing with people because of this. Every client has their own personality, every business is unique and therefore managing them requires continuous learning which is again something that drives me. I am very curious by nature so I feel fulfilled when there is something new/different to deal with everyday and client management/sales as a profile gives me that opportunity. Apart from client management, I have also trained and managed teams during my career. Just like with clients, watching the people who work with me grow and excel brings me a lot of joy. I have immense gratitude for everything life has given me thus far and as a person I am someone who values Peace. It is at the centre of everything I do. I believe a person's happiness and peace is a conscious decision one has to make and I choose it for myself. This stable foundation is the base on which rests my drive and ambition to be the best version of myself consistently. In my spare time I can enjoy myself both indoors and out. I can spend whole days in front of the TV watching sports, documentaries or binge watching the latest and greatest the world of entertainment has to offer. While I am not the most adventurous, I enjoy relaxing in nature and letting my thoughts wander. I enjoy holidays in the mountains, going to new restaurants and visiting new places to experience new things.
