I own and maintain data analysis & reporting for executive teams & internal stakeholders.* Lead and manage data projects: migrating from legacy billing systems, reporting overhaul from standalone billing systems to consolidated NetSuite source, reporting overhauls from monthly MRR reporting with manual adjustments to automated daily ARR reporting.* Perform weekly, monthly, and quarterly analyses on key metrics such as ARR, churn, net & gross retention rates, renewal footprint/ATR, etc. * Collaborate with accounting & order entry to diagnose root causes of inaccuracies in reporting. Work with systems architects & developers to solve issues in alignment with scaling and consolidation efforts.* Utilize SQL Server & Tableau BI tools to deliver insightful reporting & dashboards on business performance to internal stakeholders.* Ad-hoc analyses and detailed investigations on an ongoing basis. Such as: identifying, quantifying, and solving data logic inaccuracies, cohort reports by thresholds, cost-benefit analyses relating to various product changes, scoping out target conversion rates on marketing campaigns, etc.

Able is one of the lowest-cost online lenders to small businesses in the nation. Our passion is to fund businesses at any stage with a new kind of loan that lets borrowers source more capital at lower rates as they recruit some support from friends, family and fans. On average, Able’s borrowers save $31,000 on loans between $25,000 and $1,000,000.Along with underwriting loan applications, I oversee our loan processing. This first entails procuring accurate and complete financials and bank statements. Next, we analyze key metrics and assign a grade to the application. For qualified loans, we formulate a conditional offer based on metrics, owner credit profiles, and proposed loan use. At this point, the loan is ready to enter underwriting and will be assigned to either myself or another underwriter at Able.As an underwriter, I make loan approval/rejection decisions based on comprehensive risk analysis and due diligence. We speak with potential borrowers to understand their business model, goals, and financial statements. We calculate key metrics such as Debt Service Coverage, understand the business' future capital needs, and analyze the viability of the business itself. Finally, we compile a final analysis with an approval or rejection decision. If approved, we set the loan amount, term length, interest rate, minimum requirement from backers, and any other contingencies based on the analysis performed. Other responsibilities may include UCC and fraud checks in the loan closing process.

Advisory - Management Consulting - Technology Enablement Joined a diverse implementation services team working with an automobile manufacturing client. We were engaged to assess the recall communication process, and provide recommendations regarding systems and processes. I developed an understanding of data systems, risks, and processes involved in the end-to-end recall communication process.Compiled policies, procedures, and workflow for use in the reconciliation of data until the implementation of a new system. I considered general sub-process scopes, system flaws, reports, document retention, management oversight, and the risks/controls we identified. The goal was to help the client establish a process and track the flows of data within for accuracy.Additionally, I drafted case study marketing materials about data & analytics for prospective industrial manufacturing clients. I provided background, identified problem areas, stated our value proposition, and gave recommendations.

Quickly saw implications of my work; driving traffic to website and receiving comments on blog articles, my data dashboards were used internally to monitor activity, a hospital I had researched and compiled a ppt for in the pre-sales process had actually become a client.Wellbe offers a patient guidance system to empower patients to succeed in complex operations.
