ZenGaadi was building a platform for Electric Vehicle Mobility-as-a-Service for both B2B and B2C customers.- Within 2-months, we built a customer pipeline of estimated USD 800K annual revenue.- I was responsible for business strategy, product, and business development.

ZenMiles built customer messaging and retention software for automotive repair shops and dealerships across India and the US. The goal was to help Automotive SMBs increase retention and revenue by offering a top-notch experience to all their customers across websites and various messengers, including WhatsApp, FB Messenger, and SMS.- We were part of Antler India's second cohort of startups in 2021.- Interviewed more than 150 SMBs across India and the US to understand their pain points.- I was responsible for business strategy, product, technology implementation, and fundraising.

The company was started with a vision to make vehicle safety and assistance more accessible and affordable for the masses. I worked across business strategy, product, technology implementation, operations, sales, marketing, and fundraising functions. We built multiple products over the years:- Xefyr ('zef-fire') was a driving assistant app that rewarded car drivers and two-wheeler riders for driving safely (Launched: Nov '19). The app used smartphone GPS, accelerometer, and gyroscope data to analyze driving behavior and assign a safety score to each driving trip. The app reached close to 5000 downloads. The company also received an Insurance Aggregator License from IRDAI (India Govt's Regulatory body for Insurance) to simplify car and bike insurance for users.- Fleet Cruise: We built a host of driver safety solutions for truck fleets. Fleet operators/managers could stay updated about the driving pattern of drivers and keep them alert about following defensive driving practices.- Glide Drive: We built a driver safety and collision-warning assistance system for passenger cars. A sensor-equipped device alerted the driver about safe driving distance from vehicles ahead of them. The plug-n-play device also notified the driver to take a break if it detected drowsiness.
