 Stationed at HAL Engine Division, responsible for the scheduled preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance activities of all rotating equipment. Involved various industrial gas turbine upgrades and modifications projects for clients in Hindustan Aeronautics Limited – Engine Division (Rolls Royce’s ADOUR MK 871 Engine for Fighter craft HAWK India, Rolls Royce Centrifugal DART Engine for HS AVIRO India) Scheduled and un-scheduled maintenance, parts refurbishment activities of Rolls Royce type gas turbines and compressors installed in HAWK. Weighting of 5 stage HP compressor/rotor blade (Rolls Royce ADOUR MK 871). Assembling of M04 HP compressors, M05 HP NGV, M07 LP NGV, and M07 exhaust mixer. Shuffle rotor blade to balance weight around the drum and later hands in Packing and dispatch.  Monitored, measured and reported an operational issues, opportunities and development plans. Liaised and co-ordinated other departmental managers to ensure smooth and trouble free execution of projects (FDR data Reports). Considering Technical advice / recommendations from clients, responds to urgent customer needs and carried out necessary maintenance and repair on site to restore back equipment to its operational state.  Designed and Analysed existing engine thrust mounts. Created a database for flow properties of turbine blade profiles and solely designed 27 profiles.  Analysed Stress loads on sub-assembly components of nose landing gear of IJT and LCA. Analysed Stress loads on pitching mechanism of turbine blades. Worked closely and effectively with vendors for part replacements.
