As a Garments IE Officer, I honed my skills in optimizing production processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring quality control. This role required a keen eye for detail and the ability to analyze and streamline operations, which significantly contributed to reducing costs and enhancing productivity. Then i go to the E-commerce sector, I took on the role of Executive in Product and Operations, where I applied my analytical skills to manage online marketplaces effectively. In this capacity, I was responsible for overseeing product listings, ensuring accurate inventory management, and driving operational efficiency. My dual experience in both garment manufacturing and E-commerce operations has equipped me with a unique perspective and the ability to adapt to diverse business environments, always aiming for operational excellence and customer satisfaction.I have had the privilege of working in both the garments industry as an IE Officer and in the E commerce sector as an Executive in Product and Operations.These roles provided me with diverse experiences, allowing me to develop a strong skill set in process optimization,product management, and operational efficiency.i have learned how to navigate the complexities of manufacturing and digital retail, gaining valuable insights into both industries.
