Talent Acquisition Lead - Apac
Current- Key Responsibilities:
- To oversee and manage the recruitment and hiring process for our offices in APAC region amongst other locations.
- To collaborate with senior management and business leaders from Engineering and Delivery teams to create a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with organisation’s goal.
- Market Analysis – Conducting and presenting research on industry trends, talent insights, competitive landscapes to identify talent opportunities.
- Leading and managing a team of recruiter, providing guidance, support and training to enhance their skills and performance.
- Establishing recruitment goals, metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness of the Talent Acquisition process.
